What notifications does NEXVEED send?
Three kinds, each with its own switch in Settings: a reminder about a series you started and have not finished, news of something new, and a note when NEX arrives. We send no more than a small number a week.

Anything about your account — purchases, balance, your requests — is handled inside the NEXVEED app, where we can reply to you and follow it up.
