How do I create an account or sign in?

You can watch without an account — free episodes work for guests, and your place is saved on the device. When you sign in with Apple, Google or email, what you watched moves onto your account rather than being lost.

How do I change the language?

Open Me, then Language. NEXVEED first opens in your phone's language when it is one we support, and the choice you make after that is remembered.

How do I delete my account?

Open Me, then Settings, then Delete account. Deletion is final: your watch history, the episodes you unlocked and your NEX balance go with it, and none of it can be recovered. If you have a balance or unlocked episodes, use them first.

Why is this episode locked?

The first episodes of every series are free. After that an episode opens either with NEX — and then it is yours permanently — or with a NEXVEED Pass, which opens all eligible content for a set period.

Where is my place in an episode saved?

On your account, not on the device. Open NEXVEED on another phone with the same account and you continue from where you stopped. If you watched as a guest and then signed in, your place moves with you.

An episode will not play

Try a different network first — most playback failures are the connection. If it still will not play, report it from Help and tell us the series and episode number; the technical details we need arrive with your report automatically.

What is NEX and how does it work?

NEX is credit inside NEXVEED that you use to unlock episodes. An episode you unlock with NEX is yours permanently on your account — it does not lock again, and it stays yours if you change phone or reinstall the app.

How do I buy NEX?

From Me, then your wallet — or from a locked episode. The purchase goes through the App Store or Google Play, and the price you see is the store's own price in your country's currency. The credit is added once our server has verified the purchase with the store.

I paid and the credit did not arrive

Close the app and open it again: on every launch it asks the store about any purchase that did not finish and completes it. If the credit still is not there, report it from Help and choose Payment issue — the details of the transaction reach us automatically, and we never need a code or a receipt from you.

Can I transfer NEX or cash it out?

Accepted Answer

No. NEX is used inside NEXVEED to unlock episodes only; it cannot be sent to another account and has no cash value. A refund for a purchase is handled by the store itself — the App Store or Google Play — under its own policy.

How does a NEXVEED Pass work?

A Pass opens all eligible content in NEXVEED for a set period: 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. The period starts from the purchase time our server records, not from your phone's clock — so changing the time on the device neither extends nor ends it.

Does a Pass renew automatically?

No. None of the current Passes renew: each one ends at its time, nothing is charged after it, and there is no subscription to cancel. If you want another period you buy it yourself.

What happens to what I watched once the Pass ends?

Episodes you unlocked with NEX stay yours permanently. Anything you were watching only because of the Pass locks again when it ends. Your watch history and Continue Watching are kept either way.

I bought a Pass on iPhone — does it work on Android?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as you sign in with the same NEXVEED account. Access is held on the account on our server rather than on the device, and so are your NEX balance and the episodes you unlocked.

How do I restore my purchases?

Accepted Answer

Open Me, then Restore purchases. The app asks the store about every purchase that did not finish and reactivates what is needed. Your NEX balance and unlocked episodes need no restoring — they are already on your account.

How do I ask for a refund?

Accepted Answer

A refund is requested from the store you paid through — the App Store or Google Play — because the payment happens there and not with us. Once a refund completes, what it bought in NEXVEED is withdrawn automatically.

Why is the price different for me?

The price you see comes from the store in your country's currency, and the stores set the price tiers per country. That is why no price is written inside the app: what you see is what the store will charge.

NEX was taken and the episode did not open

This should not happen: the debit and the unlock are written together in one transaction, so either both happen or neither does. If you see it, report it from Help and choose Payment issue — we will look at it and put it right.

Do the episodes I unlocked appear on my other devices?

Yes. An unlock belongs to your NEXVEED account rather than to the device, so it appears on any phone you sign in on and survives reinstalling the app.

How does inviting a friend work?

Every account has a permanent invite code in Me. When your friend creates a new account and enters your code the referral is recorded — and the reward is paid to both of you once they have actually watched, not merely installed the app.

When is the invite reward paid?

Once the person you invited has done a real amount of watching — opening the app is not enough. They do not have to buy anything. The reward is paid once per invited account, and never for using your own code.

What notifications does NEXVEED send?

Three kinds, each with its own switch in Settings: a reminder about a series you started and have not finished, news of something new, and a note when NEX arrives. We send no more than a small number a week.

How do I turn notifications off?

Open Me, then Notifications, and turn off what you do not want. You can also turn them all off in your phone's settings, and we respect that immediately.

The app stops or feels slow

Close it and open it again, and make sure you have the latest version from the store. If it keeps happening, report it from Help and choose Technical issue, and say what you were doing at the time — the device type and app version reach us automatically.

Images are not loading

This is usually the connection, or a network blocking the image host. Try a different network. If it persists on more than one, tell us — it may be at our end.

What data does NEXVEED keep?

What the service needs: your account, what you watched and where you stopped, your purchases and balance, and the language you chose. We do not store payment tokens or card details — payment happens in the store. The privacy page has the detail.

Who reads support messages?

Only authorised NEXVEED staff. Safe technical context is attached to your message — device type, app version, purchase state — and never a code, a receipt or a password.
