How do I ask for a refund?
A refund is requested from the store you paid through — the App Store or Google Play — because the payment happens there and not with us. Once a refund completes, what it bought in NEXVEED is withdrawn automatically.

Anything about your account — purchases, balance, your requests — is handled inside the NEXVEED app, where we can reply to you and follow it up.
